Spanish Macks, Y'all like em??

Caught some yesterday and fried em up....pretty good but would like others thoughts.


If they’re anything like the king I just fried up, they’re delicious. Different texture from most fish I have had before.

I would smoke some and make a fish dip or pickle them.
House Autry and hot grease...Hard to beat 'em.
